The living room shares space with the dining room and next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. Its modern decoration, with details such as decorative glass, plants and cheerful paintings, add style and freshness to one of the favorite spaces of the house.
In addition to its excellent location, another great plus of this apartment are its large soundproof windows that allow the entry of great natural light, brightening the day to day and preventing the entry of external noise.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. If you prefer, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €25, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you decide to leave the deposit, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from your chosen payment method.
