The apartment has two double beds, one queen-size bed, and one single bed, offering space, comfort, and privacy.
All bedrooms have bed linens. The windows in the double bedrooms are large and provide plenty of natural light to get your day off to a good start.

It has two full bathrooms, providing all the necessary amenities for maximum comfort.

It has a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easier.

The living area is located in the perfect part of the apartment, featuring high-end sofas and decor. The perfect place to catch up on a conversation or watch TV.

Stay Unique is committed to protecting our apartments during reservations. For this reason, all guests are required to pay a security deposit of €300. However, as an alternative, we also offer the option to waive this fee by purchasing non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €25, which will cover up to €300 of property damage during your stay.
Also, please note that the security deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee, which will be deducted from your chosen payment method.
