Park Güell, designed by Antoni Gaudí and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached in about 25-30 minutes on an uphill walk from the neighborhood, or by taking the L3 metro line to Lesseps or Vallcarca and then walking for another 15 minutes. Passeig de Gràcia, the Sagrada Família, and Barcelona's historic center are less than 20 minutes away by metro from Fontana station, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment sleeps two. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe with storage space, bedside tables, and linens are provided. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and complete tableware. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, and cleaning products are also available.
