The fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your daily needs. It includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals easily and conveniently.

For added convenience during longer stays, the apartment includes a washing machine, a practical amenity that simplifies daily life and adds extra comfort to your accommodation.

In accordance with community rules, and to ensure harmonious coexistence among guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 35 years old to stay in this apartment.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Parties are strictly not allowed in this apartment as it is located in a residential building. If you are planning a party, please book elsewhere.

No noise allowed at night: Excessive noise is not permitted after 10 PM, as the apartment is located in a residential building, until 8 AM the following morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise level and sends an alert when the maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, the NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video, or conversations, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system contributes to more sustainable tourism. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as our relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. The fee is €20 for arrivals after 9 PM and €50 for arrivals after midnight.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

City Tax: We are required to collect the Barcelona City Tax per guest aged 17 and over per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. Please note that this tax may vary depending on the year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all guests staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth, and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

The €300 security deposit will be refunded 24-48 hours after departure, unless we have been notified of any damage to the property, in which case we reserve the right to withhold the deposit until an investigation has been completed. Please note that while the refund will generally appear in your account after 3-5 days, this depends on your bank and may take up to 10 business days.

Please also note that the security deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee, which will be deducted from your chosen payment method.
We also offer the option to purchase non-refundable damage insurance for €25 in connection with your booking. This insurance covers up to €300 for repairs to any unintentional loss or damage to the selected property. Criminal, malicious, or intentional damage, as well as damage caused by pets, is not covered.
