Stay Unique Sarrià–Sant Gervasi

Modern accommodation ideal for up to two people, located in the prestigious Sarrià–Sant Gervasi neighborhood. The house features a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and a spacious open wardrobe offering practical storage.
Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower and everything you need for your stay.

The main area integrates the living room with an open-plan kitchen, creating a functional and welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa and, next to it, an additional room with a desk, ideal for working or studying.

One of the biggest attractions of this accommodation is its charming private terrace, located on a higher level and accessed via stairs from the patio. This furnished outdoor space, surrounded by plants, is perfect for enjoying the fresh air, sunbathing, reading a book, or sharing a meal in a peaceful and pleasant setting. In addition, the terrace features an extra room, furnished with bookshelves and comfortable lounge-style beanbag chairs, creating a perfect little corner to relax, read, or unwind in a cozy and bright atmosphere.

Importantly, access to the accommodation is via a shared interior corridor. Upon entering through the main gate of the complex, walk straight to the end of the corridor and turn left. The last door, marked “Villa Enriqueta,” is the entrance to the accommodation.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. If you prefer, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you decide to leave the deposit, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from your chosen payment method.
