The apartment is located on the bright 10th floor of Marina Street, one of Barcelona's most iconic avenues, connecting the sea—with the Hotel Arts and the Mapfre Tower—to the majestic Sagrada Familia. All the bedrooms and the living room have access to a spectacular 40 m² terrace with a wooden pergola and seating area, offering unique panoramic views: from the Olympic Port and the Olympic Towers to the summit of Tibidabo.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. If you prefer, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you decide to leave the deposit, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from your chosen payment method.
