The living/dining area includes two comfortable armchairs, a dining table for six, and a 40" flat-screen TV. Large windows open onto typical Barcelona streets, letting in plenty of natural light. The mostly white space, accented with pops of color, is perfect for chatting or watching TV.

This unit includes access to a private terrace, ideally located among the Sant Antoni buildings. The terrace provides a relaxing spot to enjoy some fresh air after a day exploring the city. Staying here allows you to step right outside and immerse yourself in Barcelona’s culture and beauty. You’re within walking distance or a short metro ride from cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and some of Spain’s most iconic landmarks.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit to protect the apartment during your stay. Alternatively, you can purchase non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you choose the deposit option, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied and deducted from your selected payment method.
