Fantastic freshly renovated villa decorated with great taste and with views of the Maresme coast and the mountains. Located very close to the beaches and the port of Arenys de Mar. From the house you can reach the wonderful beach just 500m away. Barcelona is 45km away and can be reached by train or car._x000D_

The house has a solar panel system (green energy) that allows generating low-pollutant, renewable and clean energy. At nightfall, the exteriors are illuminated automatically also by solar energy with warm light, offering various chill out possibilities both in the garden, terrace with sea view and back garden with a cozy atmosphere._x000D_

Garage + up to 3 cars in front of the garage inside the house. Entrance to the garage with remote control. There is also a ping pong table._x000D_

The house has 4.5 bathrooms, 1 bathroom in the garage, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bathrooms on the first floor._x000D_

On the 1st floor, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms with private bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink and shower cabin), one of which has a balcony with direct sea view and has comfortable seating; the 3rd room with 2 bunk beds (each one with a bedside lamp) and a bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub). There is also a separate office space with sofa bed._x000D_

The well equipped gym can be used for an additional fee of €25 per week. To be paid in cash upon arrival._x000D_
