Welcome to our apartment located very close to the center!

The kitchen - dining room is a space that has the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your breakfasts and meals, a breakfast area with stools, an armchair to rest, TV, and a window that ensures natural light.

Towards the end of the hallway and separately, you will find the main room, with a double bed and a table to work if you need it. It has a closet to store your belongings.

This is where the only bathroom in the accommodation is located, separated by a curtain from the room. The bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

In the kitchen - dining room there is a spiral staircase that leads to the second room. Tall people should be careful on this staircase, as they could touch the ceiling, as well as inside the room. It has a double bed, natural light and space to store your things.

If you would like to add breakfast to your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us once your booking is confirmed and we will send you the full menu with all available options. We offer a wide variety of choices including a hot drink, fresh orange juice and your selection from toast, croissants, churros and much more. We remain at your disposal for any questions.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. Alternatively, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €25, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you choose to pay the deposit, a €10 administrative fee will be applied and deducted from your chosen payment method.
