It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony that provides plenty of light and fresh air. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (the lower bed is double and the upper bed is single).

The apartment has a single, fully equipped bathroom where you can relax after a day out, with space to store all your belongings.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals.

The living room and dining room are in a single, comfortable space with a window that allows for good lighting. The air conditioning is located in this part of the house, as is the sofa bed.

The apartment is located in the Eixample neighborhood, which is very well connected to the rest of the city. It is only a 15-minute walk from Plaza Cataluyna and Las Ramblas. You are also very close to shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. If you prefer, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you decide to leave the deposit, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from your chosen payment method.
