Upon entering, you will be greeted by an open-plan space that integrates the living room and the kitchen, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The double sofa in front of the TV is the ideal place to relax after a day full of exploring. The only room in the house has a comfortable double bed and a large closet to organize your belongings. From this space, you access a full bathroom with a bathtub, towels and basic toiletries for your comfort.

The double sofa can be converted into an additional bed, allowing two more guests to be accommodated, making our apartment perfect for small groups or families.

For your comfort, we offer central heating and air conditioning, ensuring your stay is pleasant in any season. Plus, we have high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected at all times, even if you need to work during your stay. If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide a cot, available upon arrival.

If you would like to add breakfast to your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us once your booking is confirmed and we will send you the full menu with all available options. We offer a wide variety of choices including a hot drink, fresh orange juice and your selection from toast, croissants, churros and much more. We remain at your disposal for any questions.

For reservations in this apartment, a purchase receipt or an invoice for individuals can be issued. In case you need a business invoice, please consult before booking, as not all owners are able to issue one. The business relationship is between the guest and the owner, not with Stay U-nique directly.

This accommodation requires accidental damage coverage to avoid unforeseen circumstances or unexpected charges. Choose one of these options:
• Accidental damage coverage for €25 (non-refundable). Covers up to €300 and avoids the deposit being blocked.
• €300 refundable deposit (returned after checkout). A €10 administrative fee will be applied and deducted from your chosen payment method.
