The building is currently undergoing facade repairs and maintenance. Scaffolding has been erected on the exterior of the building to carry out these works. The works are expected to last two months and may generate some noise during working hours on weekdays. We apologize for any inconvenience, which has already been factored into the nightly rate.

This accommodation requires accidental damage coverage to avoid unforeseen circumstances or unexpected charges. Choose one of these options:

• €300 refundable deposit (returned after checkout). A €10 administrative fee will be applied and deducted from your chosen payment method.
