This apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinetry provides ample storage for your family's favorite foods, and modern appliances, including a quiet dishwasher, make preparing meals for your hungry crew a breeze.

The living room is centrally located in the apartment, making it easy to move around the space. You'll find high-end sofas, abstract artwork, and contemporary accessories and decor. The mostly white space, accented with pops of color, is the perfect place to catch up on conversation or watch TV.

The communal terrace, available to all guests, is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate year-round. Staying here allows you to step outside your door and immerse yourself in the culture and beauty of Barcelona. You're a short walk or metro ride from patio cafes, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and some of Spain's most iconic and historic landmarks. *A railing has been installed to delineate the space, which is now divided into two areas: one for private use by the apartment and another for communal use, with the aim of improving comfort and organization for everyone. The building is currently undergoing facade repair and maintenance. To carry out this work, scaffolding has been erected on the exterior of the building.

The work is expected to last two months and may generate some noise during working hours on weekdays. We apologize for any inconvenience, which has already been factored into the nightly rate.

This accommodation requires accidental damage coverage to avoid unforeseen circumstances or unexpected charges. Choose one of these options:
• Accidental damage coverage for €29 (non-refundable). Covers up to €300 and avoids the deposit being blocked.
• €300 refundable deposit (returned after checkout). A €10 administrative fee will be applied and deducted from your chosen payment method.
