Our comfortable living room with sofa bed, tv and wifi, connects with the dining room. You can enjoy this beautiful space with your family or friends while enjoying delicious dishes made in a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your comfort.

One of the favourite spaces that make our flat special is the private terrace. With outdoor dining area, deckchairs and barbecue you will be able to delight your loved ones with delicious dishes while enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

The flat has 2 cosy bedrooms designed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and the second bedroom offers a single bed.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub and hot water.

**For use of the BBQ we charge a deposit of 50€. If used, it must be cleaned before departure, otherwise the amount will not be refunded. If the bbq is delivered correctly, the deposit will be refunded after departure, within 24 to 28 hours.**

For reservations in this apartment, a purchase receipt or an invoice for individuals can be issued. In case you need a business invoice, please consult before booking, as not all owners are able to issue one. The business relationship is between the guest and the owner, not with Stay U-nique directly.
