You'll find high-end sofas, abstract artwork, and contemporary accessories and decor. The mostly white space, accented with pops of color, is the perfect place to catch up on conversation or watch TV.

A balcony connects to this unit, offering beautiful views of Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. Staying here allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony and then step out your front door and immerse yourself in the culture and beauty of Barcelona. You're just a short walk or metro ride from patio cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and some of Spain's most iconic and historic landmarks.

Stay Unique is committed to protecting our apartments during reservations. For this reason, all guests are required to pay a €300 security deposit. However, as an alternative, we also offer the option to waive this payment by purchasing non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €25, which will cover up to €300 of property damage during your stay.
Please also note that the security deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee, which will be deducted from your chosen payment method.
