This apartment has 3 beautiful rooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests, with single beds and one with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms, a desk with a table, chair and light has been incorporated, to be able to work from the apartment if necessary.

Along with a stunning balcony view and free WiFi, the apartment has a cozy living room with sofas and a TV. In addition to a bathroom, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and pots and pans. For reservations in this apartment, a purchase receipt or an invoice for individuals can be issued. In case you need a business invoice, please consult before booking, as not all owners are able to issue one. The business relationship is between the guest and the owner, not with Stay U-nique directly.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit for the apartment. If you prefer, you can opt for non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you decide to leave the deposit, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied, deducted from your chosen payment method.
