The full bathroom includes a modern rain-effect shower, a large mirror, and basic amenities, ensuring a pleasant and practical experience. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

The open-plan living area integrates the lounge, dining room, and kitchen in a bright, modern space. The lounge has a comfortable sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Next to it, the dining area includes a table for four, conveniently placed between the kitchen and terrace access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cookware needed for comfortable home cooking.

One of the apartment’s main highlights is its spacious private terrace, accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Furnished with an outdoor dining table for four and two chill-out loungers, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the Barcelona sun or enjoy dinner al fresco.
