The living area stands out for its spaciousness and brightness thanks to its panoramic windows. It includes a comfortable three-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a wooden dining table, perfect for enjoying quiet meals or working comfortably from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and large fridge. The apartment also has a washing machine, making it ideal for long stays.

Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay. Also, please note the damage deposit is subject to a €10 administration fee which would be deducted from your chosen payment method.
