Studio apartment in Grace with a private terrace

Welcome to our studio in Barcelona. Located just a 15-minute metro ride from Plaza Cataluña and a 20-minute walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia, this apartment offers the perfect base for exploring everything Barcelona has to offer.

The studio apartment features a double bed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the city, and also features a 22″ TV. The fully furnished kitchen with a small refrigerator offers everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, in case you prefer to stay and enjoy the comforts of your temporary home, however please note that it does not have an oven. The bathroom is fully equipped and offers a space to freshen up and relax.

What sets this apartment apart is its rooftop terrace, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee in the sun while you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Rumba Catalana, a local style of music and dance. The apartment itself is decorated with small touches that pay homage to Rumba Catalana, from signs explaining its origins to silhouettes of dancers. QR codes even take you to recordings of Rumba Catalana songs, adding to the immersive experience. On the roof you can find a clothesline that you can use at your convenience.

We understand the importance of staying connected, whether you're on a business trip or want to share your adventures with family and friends. That's why we provide fast WiFi access and help business travelers with their needs. Families traveling with small children can request a crib, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

As property managers, we are always available via chat or phone to help you with any questions, recommendations or concerns you may have.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and does not have a lift, so please keep this in mind if you have any accessibility issues. Additionally, there is construction work on the building's stairs until the second week of April, but rest assured we have taken this into account and adjusted the price accordingly.

We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and follow building rules such as no check-in after 9 p.m. m., do not use the terrace after 9 p.m. m. and quiet hours between 9 p.m. m. and 9 a.m. m. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of two people and no additional guests are allowed.

In accordance with the rules of the Community, and looking for a good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 40 years old to stay in this apartment.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify you that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit to protect the apartment during your stay. Alternatively, you can purchase non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you choose the deposit option, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied and deducted from your selected payment method.

If you choose to pay the €300 deposit, it will be refunded 24-48 hours after departure, unless we have been notified of any damage to the property, in which case we reserve the right to retain the deposit until an investigation has been completed. Please note that the refund will usually appear in your account after 3-5 days, depending on your bank, and may take up to 10 business days.

Criminal, malicious, or intentional damage, and damage caused by pets, will not be covered.
