The living room includes a sofa bed, completing the total capacity. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a central island perfect for casual meals.

The living and dining area is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to a private balcony with open city views—a perfect spot to start the day or relax at sunset.

At Stay Unique, we require a €300 security deposit to protect the apartment during your stay. Alternatively, you can purchase non-refundable accidental damage insurance for €29, which covers up to €300 in damages. If you choose the deposit option, an administrative fee of €10 will be applied and deducted from your selected payment method.
